Insurance Plans We Accept
AACtivate LLC has multiple funding options. Please see below for plans and programs accepted here.
Medicare Part B
We accept clients who have Medicare Part B only, no advantage plans currently accepted.
Straight Medicaid
We accept any client with straight Medicaid. No advantage or long term plans currently accepted
Family Empowerment Scholarship (Previously Gardiner Scholarship)
This is a scholarship given to children who are homeschooled and the therapist is paid through the district
While I am not able to take CMS Sunshine, I have the capability to request a single case agreement with them. If you carry CMS Sunshine for your child, please contact me to discuss your options.
Patient Registration
